How many lessons do I need?  According to national figures the average is about 40 hours.  However, this depends on how quickly you pick things up / previous experience etc.  Some take longer and some to it quicker.

What is the Hazard Perception test? - A Hazard Perception element has now been introduced as part of the Theory Test. You will watch a series of video clips, and must identify developing hazards by clicking a mouse button. To prepare yourself for this new test we suggest that you purchase a CD ROM to practice or go onto the DSA free mock practice tests

What car do I take my test in? - The one you've been learning to drive in.  However, you may use your another car provided it is properly insured, taxed has an MOT Certificate if required and meets the requirements of the test.
